The Thai Red Cross society has promoted role of the youth in humanitarian action by mobilizing its volunteer networks through the Red Cross Youth Bureau and the Red Cross Volunteer Bureau, which play a collaborative and proactive role in the region as a member of the South East Asia Youth Network (SEAYN).
