Después de efectuar un estudio sobre la tipificación de los crímenes de guerra en los ordenamientos penales de los Estados iberoamericanos, a petición de la Cruz Roja de Bolivia, se ha elaborado un proyecto para el castigo de los crímenes de guerra en el código penal y código penal militar de Bolivia, que ha sido presentado, en 2016, a las Instituciones de este país en la sede de la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional y para el Desarrollo en Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia)
