What measures have your public authorities undertaken to provide direct or indirect support for the insurance or equivalent “safety net” assistance for volunteers of National Societies and other actors deploying humanitarian volunteers within their territories? 
Sur le plan législatif, la loi belge du 3 juillet 2005 relative aux droits des volontaires régit le volontariat qui est exercé sur le territoire belge, ainsi que le volontariat qui est exercé en dehors de la Belgique, mais organisé à partir de la Belgique, à condition que le volontaire ait sa résidence principale en Belgique. Elle définit le volontariat. Elle prévoit une obligation d’information à charge de l’organisation faisant appel à des volontaires, des dispositions en matière de responsabilité de l’organisation et des volontaires, l’obligation de contracter une assurance pour les volontaires, des modalités de perception des indemnités et des dispositions sur les volontaires bénéficiaires d’allocations.
