The Norwegian Red Cross has close cooperation with the Norwegian authorities in the implementation of IHL. We have hosted an annual IHL-seminar with the armed forces and Ministry of Defence, where relevant IHL-related topics have been discussed and the armed forces and public at large been the target audience.
