In order to further disseminate the ideal of the IHL in Japan, consideration should be given to including the concept of the IHL in formal education from the primary school level.

In the last fiscal year, the Japanese Red Cross Society disseminated IHL to 4,265 people across Japan through staff of our chapters and institutions who learned IHL at our annual IHL Dissemination Seminar.
