El Gobierno de Chile para el período 2015-2019 se compromete a realizar sus mayores esfuerzos para avanzar en la ratificación de las enmiendas al artículo 8, sobre crímenes de guerra, y las enmiendas relativas al crimen de agresión del Estatuto de Roma.
