A) Objectives of the pledge:
In terms of international humanitarian law implementation, Republic of Poland and its National Red Cross Society (PRC) pledge in particular to take action to elaborate a report for a new mechanism of international humanitarian law compliance, which will be preceded by, among others, a review of IHL implementing legislation, especially criminal legislation, and to provide such an update to the ICRC Advisory Services.
