A) Objectifs de l’engagement:
Generar formadores/instructores en Derecho Internacional Humanitario para que al finalizar el curso sean considerados como capacitadores para la difusión del DIH, en las diferentes unidades Militares.

- Identificación y propuesta del programa a ejecutar.
- Definir la Cantidad de personal a participar.
- Definir el lugar donde se desarrollara el Diplomado.
C) Indicateurs permettant de mesurer les avancées:
- Selección de los docentes.
- Selección del personal a participar
- Elaboración de la Directiva.
- Elaboración de los diplomas
D) Ressources nécessaires:
Se requieren recursos financieros para la alimentación y refrigerios de los participantes, material didáctico y elaboración de los Diplomas, por parte de la cooperación internacional.
