Mesures prises:
La Belgique a participé activement aux différentes réunions informelles et à la première réunion des Etats qui s’est tenue à Genève les 6 et 7 avril 2017. Elle a également déposé avec la Suisse, l’Autriche et la Colombie un document relatif aux modalités de travail.
Après l’échec de ce processus, la Belgique a participé à la réunion d’experts gouvernementaux organisée par le CICR, en dehors du processus, les 9 et 10 juillet 2018 à Genève et portant sur les « Conditions de détentions et traitements inhumains pendant les conflits armés : obstacles et pratiques »
