21 OPS32056 CONVENCIÓN INTERNACIONAL PARA LA PROHIBICIÓN DEL USO Y COMPLETA ELIMINACIÓN DE LAS ARMAS NUCLEARES

 

Se encuentra pendiente de convocatoria la Comisión Española de Derecho Internacional Humanitario en la que se propondrá, por parte de Cruz Roja Española, la elaboración del posicionamiento del Reino de España en relación con las armas nucleares.

Respecto a la Convocatoria por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas de una Conferencia Diplomática sobre la prohibición y completa eliminación de las armas nucleares, se ha trasladado al Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y Cooperación la postura del Movimiento Internacional de la Cruz Roja y de la Media Luna Roja.

Por otra parte, la Cruz Roja Española ha proseguido con las actividades de sensibilización sobre esta materia y ha incluido esta cuestión en sus cursos de Derecho Internacional Humanitario.
