    Difficult engagement of volunteers in the process of carrying out daily tasks and implementation of the RFL strategy and the insufficient availability of persons speaking the language of the different migrant profiles.
    Growing needs as the influx increases.

    Effective support from the ICRC, mainly through the Regional Delegation in Belgrade.

    Increased recognition of Protection and RFL activity, and readiness to provide assistance and RFL services.
