B) Action plan:

LRC commits to develop its own Gender and Diversity Policy following the guidelines provided by IFRC. This policy will serve as a guiding policy to support the integration of PGI concepts within all LRC projects and interventions. (this is an important policy to support the GBV policy within LRC. Senior management should decide if this is a policy of LRC’s interest in the upcoming years. It could be worked on later on in the timeframe. IFRC’s policy has been attached to provide an example).
