Submition to the ICRC supplementary and updating information on the Polish legislation implementing international humanitarian law

A) Objectives of the pledge:

It is proposed to submit to the ICRC supplementary and updating information on the Polish legislation implementing international humanitarian law, notably non-self-executing provisions. The ICRC’s website on ‘War and Law. Advisory Services. National Implementation of IHL’ requires updating in its part concerning Poland information on amended provisions of the Criminal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and other legislative instruments. In addition to normative updates there is a need to submit extensive information and comments on the final judgment in case of Nangar Khel.
