The Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) will utilize various international standards including the resolutions adopted at this International Conference, and promote mental health care activities in times of disasters around the world by developing human resources in this domain.

The JRCS will take measurable actions based on the Strategic Framework followed by the Long Term Vision of our society.
C) Indicators for measuring progress:
The JRCS will measure the progress on implementation based on the evaluation plan of the Strategic Framework followed by the Long Term Vision of our society.
