Dissemination of IHL

Actions taken:

The JRCS lectured international humanitarian law at universities whom the JRCS enters into a partnership agreement.

Getting cooperation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the JRCS held a seminar to train instructors on international humanitarian law, where about 30 people attended.

Jointly hosted with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the JRCS held the IHL National Committee twice where the JRCS discussed information sharing about international humanitarian law and its issues with a panel of experts and the concerned government ministries.

A staff was dispatched as a jury to the IHL moot court on international humanitarian law hosted by ICRC.

The JRCS held Red Cross Symposium on Red Cross emblem and Geneva Conventions with the theme of Healthcare in Danger.
