The Czech Red Cross, in cooperation with the Czech Republic, will further enhance the dissemination of international humanitarian law, Fundamental principles, and emblem protection also in state administration, armed forces and security forces of the Czech Republic, throughout the integrated rescue system, in schools and universities and in the public.

Continue to maintenance and to create a network of disseminators
Continue to disseminate IHL on universtities, among young people and public.
Continue regularly organize courses on „Basics of IHL“ for the Czech armed forces, Czech Red Cross disseminators as well as civilians.
Continue to co-organize and organize seminars and panel discussions on IHL topics for the armed forces, government officials, students and the public.
