The Government of the Republic of Korea hereby pledges to actively participate in regional and international cooperation in the field of disaster preparedness, response and coordination of emergency humanitarian assistance in light of the “Guidelines for the domestic facilitation and regulation of international disaster relief and initial recovery assistance” (also known as the “IDRL Guidelines”*) and the “Model Act for the Facilitation and Regulation of International Disaster Relief and Initial Recovery Assistance.”

The amount of ROK funding, the number of cooperation with the Movement in this regard, and any reports for the funded projects.
D) Recursos requeridos:
Resources will include, but not limited to, humanitarian assistance funding from ROK government, relevant development funding from ROK government via KOICA, and bilateral channel between ROK government and the Movement.
