- To work with the internal bodies through the IHL National Commission and within the components of RCRC international movement
- To Coordinate with the Lebanese Government on the Principles to enhance the compliance.
- To take lessons learned from the previous cases of IHL compliance that resulted from the compliance resolution the 32nd International Conference.

- ICRC : to Provide LRC ToT sessions
- LRC : dissemination to volunteers and staff
- Coordinate with governmental bodies in that regards to guarantee compliance to IHL
