A) Objetivos de la promesa
The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society in partnership with all stakeholders and the host communities to commit for building resilient communities in the grassroots to withstand and cope with disasters, crisis and emergency situations whilst strengthening institutional capacities of the branches divisions units and the local communities.
We further commit to subscribe to the open pledge: “One Billion Coalition: Building community resilience and contributing to sustainable development”

- Undertake to use all applicable tools and mechanisms relevant to building institutional capacities, especially the capacities of the branches to implement building resilient capacities at grassroots level in coordination and collaboration with the governmental and other stakeholders including community participation
