Pledge on Humanitarian Access
For the years 2015-2019, The Government of Canada pledges:

- To promote safe and unhindered humanitarian access to individuals and communities in need and to support measures or initiatives that improves the safety of humanitarian workers.
Evaluation Criteria (for 2019):

- Encourage greater coordination among humanitarian actors on security management issues, promote implementation of appropriate procedures and training for staff, and advocate in specific operational context for full, safe and unhindered access to populations in need by humanitarian workers.
Engagement en matière d’accès humanitaire
Pour les années 2015 à 2019, le gouvernement du Canada s’engage à :

- Promouvoir un accès humanitaire sûr et sans entrave aux personnes et aux collectivités dans le besoin et à soutenir les mesures ou les initiatives qui améliorent la sécurité des intervenants humanitaires.
Critères d’évaluation (en 2019)

- Encourager une plus grande coordination entre les intervenants humanitaires sur les enjeux de gestion de la sécurité, promouvoir la mise en œuvre de procédures appropriées et la formation pour le personnel et plaider, dans certains contextes opérationnels, pour un accès complet, sûr et sans entrave des intervenants humanitaires aux populations dans le besoin.

لا يمكن تحميل اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر واللجنة الدائمة للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر، بصفتها الجهاز المفوض من قبل المؤتمر الدولي للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر (المؤتمر)، بأي شكل كان المسؤولية عن أي محتوى أو مشاركات منشورة من قبل المستخدمين في قاعدة البيانات هذه. يحتفظ فريق الموقع الالكتروني بحق إزالة أي مشاركة أو محتوى في حال تنافيا مع المبادئ الأساسية للحركة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر و / أو مع أهداف المؤتمر.
