أ) أهداف التعهد
The Republic of Poland and the Polish Red Cross pledge to address the humanitarian concerns of vulnerable migrants at all points along migration routes in the country and to upgrade response, operationally or otherwise, in a complementary manner and in the long term, in respective areas of expertise and roles.
ب) خطة العمل:
- working, in circumstances agreed to between the State and the National Society, towards ensuring that all migrants have access to essential support, regardless of their method of arrival, including accommodation in the Polish Red Cross shelters
- ensuring appropriate access of the PRC Restoring Family Links program to information held by the State where it is required for humanitarian reasons to help restore contact between separated family members.
- providing the PRC, in circumstances agreed to between the State and the National Society, access to all detention centres for migrants in order to deliver humanitarian assistance. Fostering inclusivity through integration and livelihood activities.
ج) مؤشرات قياس التقدم المحرز
- regular meetings to assess the cooperation with detention centres so far and to discuss conditions for further humanitarian assistance arising from current needs are held.
- respect for the principle of humanity and the rights of migrants in all efforts with regard to vulnerable migrants is promoted.
- migrants receive protection and humanitarian assistance for the period of their stay in Poland. They are integrated to the Polish community and activated in the labour market.

Republic of Poland and the Polish Red Cross will determine the human, financial and technical resources that may be required to support the implementation of this pledge based on actions to be taken.
