The JRCS has prepared insurance to cover injuries and compensation accidents during volunteer activities and encouraged all volunteers to be insured. In the event of a disaster, the JRCS have been taking measures for every volunteer to be insured on the same day.

In addition, in order to prevent accidents, the JRCS has distributed leaflets about safety measures along with insurance information.
