Translation into the Polish language, for educational and operational purposes, of the so-called San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea. Both the Manual and the Commentary were published in electronic form (at the ICRC website) and book form by Cambridge University Press — San Remo Manual on International Law applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea (ed. Louise Doswald-Beck), Grotius Publications, Cambridge University Press, Cambridge, 1995 (ISBN 0521 55188 9, hardback and ISBN 0521 55864 6, paperback). In the light of the lack of a regular manual in Poland, the translation of such a publication, authored by a group of international experts, appears to be fully justified.
The San Remo Manual has been translated into Polish and published.
