Finland has participated in all the negotiations and consultations and supports the goal of drafting concrete and implementable outcome document(s).
Among others, the Finnish Defence Forces provide their expertise in issues covered by this commitment for the benefit of the relevant authorities. The commitment is further supported by training and other educational activities, which are being regularly reviewed.
