Due to the influx of refugees to Europe, Republic of Poland and its National Red Cross Society (PRC) recognize access to protection and humanitarian aid as indispensable. Therefore, the Republic of Poland and its National Red Cross Society (PRC) pledge to strengthen their cooperation and combine their efforts in this regard.
