Other: Les Principes et règles avaient déjà été diffusés après leur révision en 2013 par l’Assemblée générale de la FICR auprès des directeurs de département et de certains collaborateurs de la Croix-Rouge de Belgique-Communauté francophone. Ils ont été communiqués de nouveau en 2015-2016 lors de sessions d’informations sur les résultats de la 32e Conférence internationale adressés à ces directeurs et à certains départements.
The Principles and Rules are disseminated in trainings given to Host National Society partners as part of the DRR programmes of the Belgian Red Cross-Flanders.
