Cruz Roja Española elaboró en 2019, a petición del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación un Informe sobre el cumplimiento por España de sus compromisos humanitarios, incluidos los adquiridos con la Conferencia Internacional de la CR y MLR (2015).

Hasta la fecha, el Reino de España no ha publicado el citado informe, si bien, hay un compromiso firme para hacerlo en los próximos meses  Este compromiso se plasma en el Plan de Acción de la Estrategia Española de Diplomacia Humanitaria.
