A) Objectives of the pledge:
La Belgique s’engage à accorder un intérêt particulier à la préparation aux catastrophes dans les pays tiers et à examiner dans ce cadre la possibilité d’une collaboration avec le Mouvement international de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant Rouge.
B) Action plan:

- Des cadres de financement spécifiques sont réalisés et proposés aux différents partenaires dont ceux faisant partie du Mouvement international de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge. Sur cette base, les projets reçus sont analysés, les projets sélectionnés sont financés.

- La Croix Rouge de Belgique et les Affaires étrangères, Coopération belge au Développement examineront la possibilité de créer un groupe de travail multi-acteurs qui aura pour objectif de réfléchir à de potentielles approches innovantes en matière de préparation aux catastrophes dans un pays partenaire de la coopération.
