Explanation:

In accord with MoU signed between Department for Emergency Situations under Minister of Internal Affair the RRC continue acting and to support the state in the field through technical assistance for the review and updated the policies, plans and procedures for prevention and intervention in complex situations from pandemic to natural disasters.
The most important activity of this cooperation had been focused on the importance of volunteers in disaster and how can be covered at national level under the proper legislation to increase the number of them and to be possible to be activate in the field with the approval of employers.
