The Royal Thai Government pledges to increase access to health services for prisoners in an equitable and quality manner, including promotion and prevention, treatment and rehabilitation in their physical and mental health from prison reception to social reintegration, in order to return a person of sound physical and mental health conditions to society by working collaboratively with the national public health system.
