Report – Pledge on Support of the International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission (IHFFC)

Actions taken:

Poland consistently supports the activities of the Commission, created in 1991. As a result of Poland’s efforts, Professor E. Mikos-Skuza was re-elected member and currently serves as a First Vicepresident. Poland belongs to the IHFFC Group of Friends at the United Nations  and also encourages parties to armed conflicts to avail themselves of the options to investigate the facts relating to violations of international humanitarian law through the Commission.
