Poland conducts ongoing analysis of the statutory framework guaranteeing the implementation of international humanitarian law. The results of the review of domestic legislation concerning international humanitarian law are updated and uploaded to ICRC Advisory Services servers: https://www.icrc.org/en/document/icrc-advisory-services-international-humanitarian-law. In this respect, cooperation is carried out with experts of the Polish Red Cross from the Commission of International Humanitarian Law Dissemination.
