Pledge Report Japan education and disaster preparedness

Actions taken:

    • Organized trainings for Board of Education and Junior Red Cross teacher sponsors on Junior Red Cross Activities as well as active learning method.

 

    • Prepared to upload disaster preparedness educational materials on the International Humanitarian Education website created by the International Federation.

 

    • Organized YABC (Youth as Agent of Behavioral Change) seminar, which is the International Federation’s initiative for the promotion of a culture of non-violence and peace, for the first time in Japan.
