The Ministry for Foreign Affairs ordered a report on IHL and autonomous weapons from Erik Castren Institute of International Law and Human Rights in the University of Helsinki.
The Study has been completed and presented at an event organized by the MFA on the 15th of May 2017. The report has been published and widely distributed.
