A) Objectives of the pledge:
En 2014 se adoptó el Reglamento de la Ley para el Uso y Protección de la Denominación y del Emblema de la Cruz Roja diseñado e impulsado por la CIDIH-México. El Estado mexicano buscará atender las áreas de oportunidad del reglamento vigente a fin de garantizar un mayor respeto por el emblema de la Cruz Roja, así como de los prestadores de asistencia de salud.
Así, México se compromete a incluir en el plan de trabajo de la CIDIH-México el estudio de las medidas legislativas y regulatorias necesarias para garantizar el respeto pleno al emblema de la Cruz Roja y sancionar su uso indebido, y de ser necesario proponer su adopción a través de los procesos legislativos que correspondan.
