En aplicación del artículo 7.2 de la Convención de La Haya, las autoridades culturales del Perú se comprometen a fortalecer la coordinación con dependencias militares y policiales, a efectos de crear un programa sistemático de capacitación del personal militar y policial respecto a la protección y tratamiento de los bienes culturales en caso de conflicto armado y otros contextos de riesgo; incluyendo dentro de este programa la creación y difusión de material informativo y manuales expresamente diseñados para el uso del personal militar y policial.
