Se han impartido seis cursos de Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Derechos Humanos dirigidos a las Fuerzas Armadas de Bolivia. En estos cursos también han participado miembros de la Cruz Roja Boliviana, con la finalidad de que estos adquieran los conocimientos necesarios como para difundir esta materia en el ámbito interno de su Institución. Además, en los cursos de formación a distancia que se organizan en Cruz Roja Española periódicamente se invita a participar a miembros de otras Sociedades Nacionales de habla española.
